But hey — sometimes a style isn’t quite the perfect fit, and we totally get it! If your item doesn’t work out or your heart isn’t doing a happy dance, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. We’re always happy to help you find something you’ll feel amazing in! 💕

Return Eligibility

Items must meet the following conditions to qualify for a return:

In original condition
All original tags attached
Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

All returns are inspected upon receipt before store credit is issued.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Sugar Willowl Boutique & Beauty Bar is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.
